Hydrodemolition

Our hydrodemolition Conjet ACR™ Robots are highly skilled in the removal of concrete through the use of high-pressure water. These hydrodemolition robots utilize high-pressure water jets while traveling over a concrete surface at a consistent, determined rate of speed. The automated process allows our operators to safely remove and prepare horizontal, vertical, and overhead structures for both selected and non-selective removal.

If the job requires non-selective removal of concrete, then our operators will work closely with our customers to remove the predetermined depth and overall length of the concrete surface to be removed.

If the job requires selective removal, then only the deteriorated concrete will be removed. Our hydrodemolition Conjet ACR™ Robots will utilize high-pressure water of up to 40,000 PSI to safely removed the deteriorated concrete to a fixed quality level resulting in a more suitable bonding surface for new concrete.

Hydrodemolition is the perfect solution to restore and repair the following structures and infrastructures:

  • Roads
  • Bridges
  • Sidewalks
  • Parking Structures
  • Spillways
  • Runways
  • Tunnels
  • Dams
  • Ports
  • Water Treatment Facilities

Safety always comes first. Our hydrodemolition Conjet ACR™ Robots allows our operators to safely perform the work from a distance while providing a safe concrete removal process for our industrial customers and commercial contractors.

Our multifunctional and diverse inventory of Conjet ACR™ Robots allows us to utilize multiple robots to manage and execute our customers’ hydrodemolition projects which include:

  • Conjet ACR™ Robot 327
